Complaints

All complaints should be addressed to the Board of Dickens Heath Village Hall and will be investigated within a reasonable timeframe in line with our Complaints Policy (Click to download). Please note however that the Board meets Bi Monthly and all Board members are volunteers with other responsibilities.

Maintenance

If you notice anything that needs to be fixed, serviced or repaired at the hall please send us a note to let us know so that we can address it.
